Seahorse villa Corfu – Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions
General
All guests must read and agree to the terms outlined below before completing their reservation. Confirming the booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. House Rules
Swimming Pool:
Please when swimming pool is being used by children and babies, they have to be supervised by adults
Smoking:
Smoking inside Seahorse villa Corfu is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this rule will result in a €1,000 fine.
Occupancy Limit:
The number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed as stated in the booking.
Noise Ordinance:
Guests must avoid excessive noise and be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding environment.
Pets:
Bringing pets into the property is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.
Parking:
Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in: From 16:00
Check-out: By 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
2. Use of Villa Facilities
Guests agree to use the villa’s facilities responsibly and avoid any actions that may cause damage to the property.
Any damage caused due to careless use of the facilities will result in a charge for repair or replacement.
3. Liability & Insurance
The villa owners are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. It is recommended to lock doors and secure valuable items.

4. Environmental Responsibility
Guests must dispose of waste in designated bins and keep the villa and its surroundings clean.

5. Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, the Guest shall pay the full amount of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled 90 days or more prior to the check-in date, the Guest will receive a 80% refund.
If the reservation is canceled between 89 and 30 days before the check-in date, the Guest will receive an 50% refund.
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided.
6. Force Majeure & Utility Disruptions
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that, due to infrastructure limitations in Greece, temporary interruptions in electricity and water supply may occur. These disruptions are beyond the control of the Property Owner/Host.
The Property Owner/Host shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, damage, or loss resulting from such interruptions or from any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or utility service failures. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for such occurrences.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking and confirming these terms, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules and guidelines stated herein.
